Sorry for rehashing known stuff. I have 02, LX CRV, 2WD. Been riding
it for almost a year. Recently i happened to be in a Buick for a 2
1/2 hr ride. I was quite stunned with the smooth ride that I got.
There was no noise at all. You know what I am talking about. When
you ride CRV, you can hear the wind noise (tire friction with the
roads?) and the gas acceleration noise. I totally did not hear any
such thing in Buick.

I immediately got disappointed with my CRV, but later consoled
myself that CRV has more power. what to do? ;-(

A Buick WHAT?

When I bought my Honda Civic I noticed
finishing touches and wind noise were an issue compared to Domestic Models.  However
the engineering on the Honda’s is what is superior and worth the money.

Heehee...wind noise...boy try that in a 1st generation V. I hate it as well.

The 2nd generation you own is a much quieter. Now, how about looking this
way. Were you riding in a Buick Rendezvous? If it was, then console
yourself that you don't own an Aztek in fancier clothing. If it was a Buick
sedan, then take your CR-V and open up the trunk area. See how much more
space you have in there to haul stuff and look good while driving around town
in it!
