hello there, i took a honda crv 98' for a test drive today 130000 km on the clock great car but i noticed a whining noise (like when u are in a 4 wheel drive with off road tires)this car had standard tyres tho, is this normal? it diddnt happen untill about 70km/h

any thought appreciated!
