I had a similar problem and it was the rear brake pads rubbing. There is a TSB report out from Honda about lubricating the brake sliders.I took it to my mechanic and told him ,he pulled the tires scrapped off some rust and lubricated the sliders and no more noise and no charge took 10 minutes..I did take it to the local Honda dealer and they said my rear rotors were warped and they would fix them for$468.00 yea right.

I would have to agree, that squeaking, irritating, whining noise is actually the sound of your brake pads. I had that same exact problem before. Make sure to have it checked or replaced by your mechanic.
