The one that has a clear title, and is set up the way you want it. Perhaps one is a tad lighter, but as light as they both are, and as small as the weight diff is, unless you are spending thousands upon thousands and your car is strictly on the track, you will not find the added weight on one to be a big disadvantage. You can modify either one, and get virtually identical preformance. Personally I would take either one, preferably in my trademark silver.

I believe the 89 SI has rear drum brakes as opposed to the 90 SI with rear disc brakes.
