I have a 99 TL, ~32k miles. I have done all services per factory recommendations.<br><br>When attempting to halt, sometimes, it is very shaky, a strong vibration. Car is stable when the car has stopped moving and is also stable when restrarting again.<br><br>There is some (very mild) vibration when cruising at high speeds (60+). <br><br>Any suggestions? Are my break pads worn out? Can I tell this by inspection?

You have a warp rotor. It should be cover by warranty to resurface the rotor.<br><br>Cruising at high speed shaking, you might need to balance your tires.

There's a few things you can check. Rotors if vibration when stopping. Balance tires or alignment if vibration at highway speeds. However, it'll be tough to get rotors replaced under warranty. I've heard of them replacing with only 10-15k miles, but 32k, might be tough. They'll probably just turn them (resurface) for you. Worst case, but unlikely, you could have an ABS problem. I'd let the dealer check it out. baggs
