I have a '90 civic EX. How do the valve clearance mearsure by? Between the valve and rocker arm or between the rocker arm and the cam lobe? Because I had a 83 accord, the valve clearance is between the valve and rocker arm. Then, I had a '87 integra, the valve clearance is between the rocker arm and the cam lobe.
