I just got a used 2001 Passport, I got it home and started going through it and noticed a few things. First is the thing in the pic below,what ever it is its broken, it comes off the back of the fuel tank and runs to a black box in the rear, some kinda purge valve or something, who can tell me what it is???? Also, it sits about 1/2 and inch lower on the left, I noticed it has torsion bars, how do I adjust them? Lastly, I found the Jack but can't find the lug nut wrench/jack handle, where is this thing at? HELP! Thanks in advance!

So its called the Evap Solenoid, its emissions crap. Gott go to honda to get a new one. Also I adjusted the torsion bar, all level now.
