Hey all!
Happy to say that the rear differential fluid change made the noise stop.  Thanks for the input.  THe dealership mechanic was suprised to hear of that problem with so few KM on my 'V (28k).  He said that's usually a 40-50 km problem.  Oh well, as long as my baby's running smooth again!
