Look in your owner's manual or on a decal in the door or glovebox. Every car will have the recommended tire pressure from the manufacturer.

Your tyre correct pressure should be written on either the inside of the fuel cap flap, or on the driver door strut.

It will definitely be in the instruction manual.

Or ring your dealer..

So the tire pressure is in the Owner's Manuel for the Honda Fit. I looked it up and found this. They were discussing the tire pressure of a Fit. They were asking if more pressure gave greater gas mileage.

Yes, the label says 25 for the rear and 26 for the front.  That would give you a comfortable ride.  If you put more pressure, say around 30-32, the ride would be a little stiff and bouncy but you get more control especially when driving on the highway.
