I was given only one keyless entry key with my purchase of my 2006 Civic EX. My local dealership wants $102 for a fob key and $70 to program the key. Transponder keys are $30. So I searched the web and found a more reasonable price for the fob keys ($60) and the transponder keys ($15).

I found what I believe are the instructions for programming the fob keys. Sit in the car, key on, key off 4 times, then lock button for each keyless key.

But what about the transponder keys? Am I limited to going to the dealer or a locksmith?

I'm not afraid of screwing this up, heck, I break things all the time. So I've become handy a fixing my mistakes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
