With only 650 km on my black EX-L, I had it back at the dealer
yesterday for a few accessories. The new V's are a great looking
machine as plain as a black on black leather(EX-L)can be. Let me say
this, the few extras make a huge difference.

Roof Rack, Side Step Rails, Fog Lights, WOW!!! It really completes
the V.

My post from a couple of weeks ago asked the group about installing
the accessories myself, well after some lengthy research, I thought
better and asked the dealer to handel it.

The Rack and the Rails are quite simple, but the fog lights are a
nightmare, even for the accessory techs. I printed off the
instructions for installing the fog lights myself, 15 full pages, and
you have to take half the car apart.....no way, not in this cold
Canadian winter. I spoke with the tech myself as he was installing a
set on another 02 V, all he could muster was that he was glad that the
labour hours are not piece rated on accessories.....

Well the V looks awesome now, and because of a solid connection at my
dealer, I only paid $1650 installed tax in for all three accessories.

FYI
