Hey,

Im having a problem with my temp gauge... when i turn my car on it
starts in the middle...when i drive for a little while it goes
up...and sometimes even goes into the red area...i have a 98 crv..can
anyone help me with this problem?..Thanks

Is the car starting to run rough, this used to be a
sign things were getting hot. Could always be a bad
gauge.

Took a quick gander at the TSBs and saw nothing:

Had a similar problem in one of the rental cars we took. As it turned out, the
guage was good, the car had run out of coolant.

Please make sure you have enough coolant in the radiator.

Sounds like a sensor problem, do you have any
indications of oberheating? (i.e the collant level is
low).
