I'm looking to upgrade my 97 Civic DX wheels, I found someone getting rid of the rims and tires from an 05 Civic Ex. Will these wheels fit on my Civic even thought they're from a different trim level and different generation Civic?

I'm not sure of the compatibility between the two cars, but I'd have a close look at the rims if I wasn't familiar with the person selling them.

I wouldn't want to buy rims that were damaged by someone doing a "Tokyo Drift."
