Look on the little white card with your code on it, if u don't have it you got to take the radio to dealership. they will unlock it. i have done it

Check for the code on the inside, passenger side, of your glove box... or .... on the inside of the engine relay/fuse box.. I foyu don't find it either of those places you gottaa give the dealer your serial # and they can get it, assuming it was sold in the US originally........... please update !
