Hey, I dont know if this is a simple question or not, but any help anyone can give me would me much appreciated. I bought my del sol used and it had an after-market cassette player in it. I just bought a CD player instead and was trying to get it installed. Apperently dashboard kits for del sols arent needed. But the dude doing the installation was saying some type of piece must be missing (like bracketts) where the unit is supposed to go and he coulnd't install it. I asked a Honda dealer and he said that del sols dont have any extra brackets in there, and the factory head unit just screws into the back. He gave me a print-out of the inside, and it appears it IS just that one big piece that the stereo slides into. He said that what people do is cook up some sort of concuction to secure the stereo inside the car. I know some of you must have installed an aftermarket stereo in your cars. Does anyone have a clue what the problem is? Thanks alot Charlie
