Greetings..I hope that this question isn't going in twice (server
went down while sending).

I'm a recent owner of a 97 CRV. I really like the carbut lately have
noticed that the steering becomes very vague and numb at highway
speeds and sometimes around town. I know that the steering is
variable ratio but it's a bit unsettling when it does not feel
connected to the wheels. I've owned other Honda's and have never
noticed this before.

Can't decide if it's just an SUV thing or a real problem.

Any thoughts?
