I have a 97 CRV and I am replacing the starter. However I can not
get the CRV to turnover. It looks like the starter is not getting
enough juice to get the starting mechanism all the way out to reach
the fly wheel. I pulled the starter and watched it turn over and it
does not run the full length needed to touch the fly wheel. I had the
starter tested and it proved to be fine. ON another power source it
seems to function properly. With me it just isn't. I put in a new
ground thinking this was the issue but it did not do the trick. Any
thoughts or ideas.
