I have noticed that my speedometer is reading about 5mph faster than it is really going (@60mph)

I have checked it with 2 different cars tailing me. I first thought I was going slow because of the fact that going 70 on the freeway, people are just blowing by me. It also seemed slow. But the kicker is my rpms are extremely high. @ 70mph I am running about 3,000rpm. And I know that is at least 5mph faster than I am really going. So it would be more like 65mph is 3,000. That is rediculous. I used to have a 92 si and @ 70 I was only running about 2,750 or 2,800. At that was a correct speedo reading (really going 70mph).

The natural solution is to get a bigger tire. But I have the factory size tire.

It must be in the gearing. I bought the car from a older gentlemen that didn't do anything to the car but change fluids and put gas in it. It was bone stock when I bought it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO????????????????
