I've seen a couple of people here mention that they plow snow with
their CR-V and I'm wondering what brand of plow they have, how they
like it and how much it cost. I'm also wondering what kind of duty
they think the plow could stand up to (just plowing your own driveway?
Plowing the neighborhood's driveways? Plowing a whole parking lot?).

I thought I saw a plexi plow at SAM'S club once that had a mount for
the CR-V, but I haven't seen it there in a while.

Any websites with more information (manufacturer or otherwise) would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Matt

Matt,
Here is a reply I got from someone on one of these groups about a snowplow:

It's a Snowbear plow pretty neat slides on (once the brackets on the car
about a 1 hr job) in about 5 min. has eletric lift & manual angle.
Here's there site: http://www.snowbear.com/

Matt,

I have a Snobear plow on our crv & it works great as manual angle & a small 12v winch to lift the blade w/a switch that fits on the window & it installs in 5min once you have the mount & wiring on.Which takes about an hr,I leave on year around.

they don't recommend it for big jobs but I do all the neighbors & ours too.

The Snobear Co. has a website. A while back I also need a trailer & bought one @ Walmart in Ct (I'm from Ohio) that was made by them too, hauled some 1,200 lbs back from NYC.
