We got an inch or 2 I guess, but conditions worsened by the evening rush
hour. I saw one 9 car pile up and my wife saw 5 seperate accidents on
the way home (including 2 overturned SUVs). The weatherfighting
equipment here is a joke. This morning when the snow started I heard a
GA DOT worker bragging "we have 30 trucks loaded and ready to go", im
like 30 trucks! Thats barely enough to do downtown Atlanta, much less
the miles and mile of Interstate and Suburbs around here. Sheesh!

On a lighter note, here is a pic I took today of my co-workers brand new
02 EX in Mojave Mist. He got it for $250 under MSRP and got them to
throw in the roof rack and mudguards, pretty good deal eh?

THANKS STEPHEN!! I didn't take any of my "V", they really are better in
some ways than HIGH center of gravity true 4x4's. I feel sorry for
co-workers that bought REAR DRIVE ONLY top heavy SUV's, they really are
dangerous in the white stuff. The Montero guy really got pissed when I
offered him a ride up the steep incline, was spinning all over the place,
trying slow and fast - slow and fast, finally gave up and walked instead of
getting a ride in the "V", guess he likes the cold LOL !!!

Hello to Stephen from an Atlanta Gal,

NO problems getting to Greens to stock up on a little wine for the snow-in.
I'm tempted to take my "beauty" out later tonight for a test drive on the
neighborhood streets...you know, just to kick a little butt and feel her
shift into 4-wheel drive. ;-)

Funny coincidence, my boss has an 01 Explorer 4door 2wd, she flipped around
twice on the way to work. Told her boss, "I'm waiting until noon on
Thursday before going home" (started 12.5 hr shift Wed. 6:30pm!!), he just
laughed.

Nice photos, Stephen. I must say that the Mojave Mist is about the most
complementary color I have seen for the new 'V. Beautiful.
