okay you prelude owners my buddy james has an 89 prelude si with b20 in it. well he was driving the other day at about 5mph getting ready to park the car.(oh its a 5spd) when the car died for no reason. now every time he tries to start it it just clicks i checked all the fuses for him none are blown when he turns the key on he has full power headlights are 100 percent the fuelpump primes everything work the car just wont turn over. i looked at the fuse panel under the hood it looks like theres a wire missing i know in hte civic there two wire that screw onto the fuse panel block but he only has one and i looked and didnt see one laying anywhere. not sure if thats it or not. if you guys have any clue help me out

secind i think it may be the dizzy timing but when he accelerates it wont go over 4000rpm im not sure.

I am not to sure but if it just clicks could it be the starter? Just a thought? Hope you guys figure it out.
