I have experienced this problem with the seat folding all on it's own.  I think it might have to do with a defective spring.  This usually only occurs on seats that are used (i.e drivers seat).  I've only had it happend a couple of times since I bought my 2001 Honda CRV last December.


Don't know of any fix yet.
