I have a 98 CR-V EX. I noticed that the 2001 model has an option listed for a
retractable cargo cover. Does anyone know if this will fit the 98?

Don't know about US cover. But the cover in the UK can be retro fit.
You need to actually cut the side panels and insert a couple of cover
retainers. And its done.
