My wife's 1998 CRV passenger door was scraped by another driver who
bolted. We obtained an estimate for repair: $1200. This seemed
somewhat insane give the mild degree of the damage.

My question: is it worth investigating whether I can obtain a used
CRV passenger door from a salvage shop? Or is this something that is
likely to exceed the repair estimate or be too difficult to find?
