On last night's 6 PM television news it said Honda was recalling a number
of vehicles, including 2002 CR-Vs. Sorry, but I didn't catch the reason for
the recall....

Call an Acura/Honda dealer in your area, ask for Service Dept, give them your car VIN. They will confirm yours is in the list or not. If yours is affected, they would order the part, or make an appointment for you to come in if part is stocked. At any rate, this is what to expect.
