Hey guys, need some help...i was looking to replace my rear amber turn signal bulbs with aftermarket bulbs but i can't figure out the bulb type...i've tried the 1156 red bulbs but the fit isn't correct. Does any one know if the EL has specially made sockets that don't allow for universal standard bulb replacements like 1156. or 1157 bulbs? any info on this topic would be extremely helpful thanks in advance, air

I got some forsale.. you can have them for 10 bucks for both.. I don't drive a EL any more.. btw.. I am in toronto area

all you need to do is use a file, and file away one of the metal tabs and it should fit in and work properly, that's what I did. hope this helps. cheers
