have a humming noise coming from rear differntial on 2002 cr-v, only
when i coast or decelerate from 80 km/h....dealer says that i need a
new differential carrier in the rear. at least it's under warranty.
the fact that he knew right away what the problem was leads me to
beleive that this is not a uncommon problem, maybe there is a honda
TSB on it? will check nhtsa.gov and get back to you....
