Ok, has anyone had problems with their 2002 CR-V rear differentials.
I have 16,000 miles on it and the dealer insists I changed the fluid
because it does not look like what should be in there. Plus it is
leaking and now they say it is not covered under warrenty and the
cost is $3500. 1)The extent of the service I have had is 3 oil
changes and 2)at 16,000 miles the rear diffenential should not be
leaking anyway! Thoughts? Thanks!

Thanks, I am not spending anything. At this point Honda of America is still refusing to fix the problem. We will see what happens. They say I must have done something to it. I have only had the oil changed 2x so fat chance of me tampering with it!
