Just purchased a 93 S, automatic, just under 102K miles. It is a real cream puff, but it has a ding in the rear bumper, just in back of the passenger rear tire. What is the bumper made of? I thought it was plastic, but there appears to be rust where the paint has been chipped off. What is the repair procedure? -Bob
