So I have my nice new k reg Vtec 4ws and full beam is pointless. I am a bit confused as to what lights do what. I have a two filament lamp in the outer headlights but there appears to be only two wires going to it. It seems to be just one circuit. I then have two inner bulbs which are blue xeon bulbs. These come on when full beam is on but the dipped lamps stay on and the full beam is useless and merely lights the side of the road a little bit. I imagine they would fail to frighten even the most timid of rabbits. A garage told me that it is normal to have the dipped headlights on permanent and the full beam inner bulbs to come on as well for full beam. So I Am wondering if someone has messed around with the wiring and I need to add an additional circuit to the dual filament bulb for full beam or whether I simply have the worng bulb in the inner headlights so they are not focusing properly. Can someone help please. Thaks
