dave, i have a '99 1.6el premium. he put the ballasts beside my intake and my washer fluid contaitner. he also tied it up with plastic strips. my mechanic doesn't like drilling holes into my car unless he has to.......for example, side markers, tweeters etc.... i got my kit from CRUZING ZONE. they had the kit up on ebay a couple of times but now they don't. i won it at a very good cost. i think it was about $385 usd.... or something like that. all i know is that what ever it was, its works out to be $580 cdn. i kinda had to negotiate with them for the 3 yr warranty though. at first they offered me 1 yr. but then i told them that procarparts.com was offering the same kit with a 3yr warranty. they agreed to the terms after i told them that i would rather pay someone else like $20 extra for an additional 2 yrs. they actually didn't even put up a big fight at all. anywayz, lemme know if u r interested in a set. i can give u the phone number and u can negotiate your own deal with them........who knows, u might get it cheaper than i did. u should ask for a guy named wilson and tell him that james from canada recommended you to them. if u got any other questions, lemme know. eltyper416
