Hi Everyone. My 1st post here. I've enjoyed lurking & learning about
the CR-V.

My wife & I originally were going to buy an Accord Coupe V6. But now
we're pretty certain we're going to order a 2002 EX. Still debating
color, between Silver, Blue, Green, and Mojave ... leaning towards the
Mojave.

As far as accessories are concerned, I'd like to have the dealer install:

* Fog Lights
* Subwoofer
* Security System

Does oanyone have any opinions/experience on these??

I'll tackle some small ones (Roof & Door Visors, Cargo Cover & Liner)
after delivery.

Also, are the Tweeter speakers standard equip. on the EX's?

Its my understanding that the Security System ("alarm") is not
standard equipment, even on an EX model.

Remotes & engine immobilizer are standard, though.

Any `02 owner can correct me if I'm wrong.

I really like the Silver in the older CR-Vs, but after seeing pics of the 2002 in Mohave, I like the way the color tempers some of the heavy chrome that I feel is a bit overdone on the new car. I would go with the Mohave.

The Mohave is a great color, but because of the rather large amount
of black on the front and rear, I like the darker colors like blue
and red.
Personally I liked the blue enough to buy one! My wife realy liked
the Mohave, I was almost swayed.
Now that they are starting to show up on the road, I am even more
sure of my decision.
