Are you just changing out all your interior lights with LEDs? There'd be no power issue there.
OR are you adding extra LED lights for deco? It depends on how many you add....

Anytime you start adding electronics you can cause problems. The manual should give you your restrictions and you should adhere to them.

there are some LED strip lights that you can plug into your cars cigarette lighter, these shouldn't cause a problem and they look pretty good (if i do say so myself!)
