New to this forum and looking for some help. First Acura I've owned but have had several Civics. 1990 Legend L Sedan. Car is very clean and well maintained but I bought it knowing the DS and PS front power windows are not working (owner provided receipts where the DS motor was replaced about 4 years ago). Both rear windows work properly using the master switch on the driver's door. I haven't attempted to dismantle the door panel yet to investigate. I assume it's not a fuse or circuit breaker because the rear windows work. As a precaution, I bought a used master switch from eBay. Is it normally the master switch that goes bad on the G1 cars or are the motors the culprit here? I have a line on motors and regulators if they happen to be the cause. I also see that there is a "control" box of some sort mounted in the DS door (based on seeing this item on eBay). What is it's purpose and could it be the problem? I have ordered factory service manuals but don't have them in my possession yet so I'm launching this inquiry in hopes that you guys can tell me the easiest and best way to troubleshoot the problem. Hope to fix the problem this weekend. Thanks in advance! Greg
