I have a 1997 Honda CRV. Everytime I hit a small bump
I hear a muffled clanking noise. A mechanic that had
done some work for me in the past said that initially
they thought it was the struts but after they changed
them it apparently was not the cause. Now they're
saying it's the power steering rack. Anyone hear of
something similar with their CRV? Thanks.

Take it to the Honda Dealer and have them tell you exactly what it is. Don't keep guessing it may and may not be
