Hi there everyone.
There?s something in my car I haven?t noticed until now, I don?t know if it
worked before and now it?s damaged... but...
the command to "blink" the flashlights (high beam) on my '93 Civic is not
working. Or, worse, it?s partially working.
The high beam "flash" only works when the headlights are on. When the
position lights are on or no lights are on, the high beam can?t flash. Is it
broken or is it supposed to be that way? If it is supposed to be that way, I
think it?s rather strange, since the flashing of headlights is considered as
a way of signaling, specially when you are far from the "target" or it is
prohibited to use the horn (in front of hospitals for example).
If it is damaged, what could be wrong? Is it possible to be something simple
as a relay?
Thanks,
