Hi everyone, I hope someone has had my problem before, and can help me out. I bought a dash mount tachometer (already spent a ton of money on it) and cannot get it to work. My stock tach stopped working which is why I went ahead and got the dash mounted one. I have it hooked up to the blue wire out of the distributor and properly grounded, but still nothing. I am getting quite annoyed and really need my tach back. If anyone has any information, or a wiring diagram or anything at all, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

It would have probably helped to figure out why your dash tachometer stopped before you went and purchased a replacement gauge. The original problem may not have been with the gauge, but with what the gauge connects to. Check to see if you have any current flowing from the distributor. If not, problem solved. It also helps to know what year Del Sol you have, engine displacement, etc. Honda drivers are smart, but not omniscient. Bruce J.
