duhhh...a performance muffler is way better than a factory muffler! the muffler is the most restrictive componant on your exhaust system. you need a strait through muffler. this will give you better air flow and a little bit more horse power. if you want a lot of difference in speed and horsepower go with new headers and a cat-back exhaust system. good luck man...
