yes it will you will need to get b series mounts you can order hasport or some other brand of aftermarket or you go the easy way for now and use stock integra mounts out a 94-99 integra. if you use obd1 you d series harness will work all the connector are there and find a shift linkage out of an intega as well then all you have left is you ecu seeing how you have a p28 you can use that fine just have it chipped and tuned in the ls there shouldnt be any big problem with the ecu the only thing is the dash will have a check ingine light for the ecu throwing a vtec code but other than that im pretty sure you will be fine . hope this helps
