Hi all,
The time for a tire change in my '99 vee is coming around next autumn
(according to my estimates). My research produced a top choice for
Yokohama Avid S/T, but unfortunately that particular tire is not
imported in my country.
I am now leaning towards Michelin 4x4 which I have seen on a number
of crv's and sure looked better and far more beefy than the stock
Bridgestone Dueller H/T.
I wonder if anyone is using that model and would bother to post an
opinion. It would be interesting to clarify the tire size chosen. I
am interested in sizing up a bit to a slightly wider and higher tire
relative to the 205/70/15 standard, with a good all-weather handling.
Thanks in advance

225/70/15 will work with some minor scrubbing and may be your only choice in
a 4x4 tire, besides the original 205/70/15 size. Sounds like you have done
the research which leaves few choices.

Less aggressive passenger tire/all season sizes
215/65/15 same height, slightly wider than stock size
235/60/15 1/2 inch shorter, much wider than stock size
225/60/15 1 inch + shorter, wider than stock, good choice if you are
lowering the "V"
