Lucky Canadians!! We don't get the EX-L yet.
The fog lights need the harness run, and the bumper removed (per the instructions). As soon as I get my EX home, (Tuesday) I am going to look to see if this is realy neccessary or not.
As for oil, as 5w20 acts like a 5 when cold, and a 20 when hot. So as long as 20 is not too thin at the upper temperaturs it will be fine.
The 5W30 will be a bit thicker when hot, but not significantly thicker when cold, so that should be an acceptable substitute. the 10W30 will be thicker at both ends. I would not worry about the 30 part, but I would sugest against using a 10W in cold climates when a 5W is recommended. First there is the efficiancy part, with the thicker oil wasting more energy during warm up. Second and more important, the thicker oil may take more time to distribute itself around the engine during cold starts. This can increase wear significantly.
