First be sure to check out Ebay. If they actually have them listed on there then you'll probably get them a heck of a lot cheaper than anywhere else. you can also order through Honda, but it's going to cost you three arms and two legs. Try checking out www.eautoworks.com and www.drivewire.com and see if they have what you are looking for. I'm pretty sure they carry Prelude lowering kits.

check ebay.com & tirerack.com. actually i just bought a adjustable coilover spring at ebay and its very cheap.

I would say if you going to lower your car do it the right way the first time. Cheaper isnt always better, Sometimes you need to spend the money if you want it too last. because in the long run the cheaper will cost you as much as if not more then a more exspensive brand which would last for a long time and have a warranty.
