My commute has me leaving home when it is dark, and the del Sol doesn't 'ding' at you to remember you lights, and it's east to forget them early in the morning when the sun comes up. Is this true for all del Sol's, or has something been disconnected? -Q http://members.tripod.com/chuqueh

Shoot, no dingy. I guess I'd better keep the jumper cables handy. ;-) I read the article, and it looks pretty straightforward. I'll probably install one. -Q http://members.tripod.com/chuqueh 1995 Land Rover Defender 90

yeah- its fairly easy. I haven't done it yet- i might someday. Its just become as habitual as taking the key out of the ignition for me to check that the lights are off. I don't even think about it. I think the hardest part of it is wiring it up corectly, so that it works off your parking lights (because your parking lights are ALWAYS on- alone or with the running lights) and not your reg headlights. You can do a lot of wonders with a simple thing- a relay. If you really want to- you can make it so that when you pull your blinker wnad for your high beams, that all your lights are on- accessory, reg, and highs. of course, its probably not street legal. DAMN restrictions! LOL! Brian@... http://www.importrides.com http://drive.to/eastcoastdelsol http://surf.to/lespaulz24 >
