In response to your inquiry, the leather seats are warmer as they don't
breath. Also the dogs slip and slide on them more because they are smooth.
They must be treated (we recommend Meguiars Gold Class Leather Cleaner &
Conditioner) in order to keep them soft and from cracking, especially in hot,
dry weather. But they are luxurious. And to keep any dog odor from permeating
the car, use Meguiars Odor Eliminator. The woman who owns the "Pupwagon,"
featured in the Winter issue of Velocity, page 44, does professional dog care
and swears by it.
You might want to order the car with cloth and use Meguiars Heavy Duty Carpet
& Interior Cleaner to maintain it. When the cloth starts to wear or if you
find you really don't like them, you can replace them with custom Katzkin
leather upholstery. Katkin is one of our benefit providers and gives our
