I am sorry that you are not going to by another Honda! I have been
selling Honda's since I retired in 1995. I do not have one unhappy
customer. I do hear a lot of people complain when they have gone from
a Honda to another product and then realize how good they had it
with their Honda. I live in California and drive the freeways alot. I
can tell you in all honesty that every 4th or 5th car I see on the
freeway is a Honda. When you consider the fact that 2 years ago was
the first year Honda sold over 1000000 cars in one year in the States,
this fact speaks well of Honda. I think you should find another dealer
to do your sevice work. Your problems are very unusual. Do not give up
on Honda because of what may be a poor service dept.
