Traditionally there were two big differences between honda's fwd drivetrains and everyone else's.
1) Their engines rotated in the opposite direction 2) The engine was on the (for right hand drive cars) the driver's side, with the transmission on the left. This is again the opposite of everyone else.
For the k series (and later), this arrangement was reversed, With it, the intake, which used to be at the back of the engine, closest to the firewall, is now in the front.
What this means is that everything will have to be custom fabricated to make it fit, if you even can make it fit (the k series equipped cars have mcpherson strut suspensions which take up much less space in the engine bay) Never mind you will also have to replace all the electronic parts.
Lastly, buying the k20 is extremely expensive. I would not be surprised if this particular swap cost more along the lines of 15k, several times the worth of the car. It would almost certainly be cheaper to buy an rsx and do a weight removal program.
If you want to do a swap, the standard b series swap will be much easier and cheaper.
