i had a 1992 honda civic hatch. it has soo many memorys all the bumper stickers causing flashbacks when you see them the broken clock for all the times you needed it most the loud hum the car made after its long journeys well it lasted 15 years! it was my first honda and i will never go back on another company again well anyway. My civic lasted 15 years and now I have a 08 ridgeline its such an improvement

So what im getting to is the civic is a great car and can last a long time! its great on gas and long distance trips great with a family or single. BUY HONDA just felt like sharing

Hey Josh!a, I second that sentiment.

I'm still driving my 89 Civic and I also used it for some long trips with the hatchback folded down and loaded with musical equipment.

How many KMs did you have on yours?

My dad had this sentiment with not his car but his vehicle. He drove it for more than 25 years and he felt it brought luck, coz' after he brought it his life style changed from paycheck to business which grew well. Finally he brought another vehicle but same company and almost similar but better model.

I know that my brother had one for years and he still says it was the best car he ever had. He totaled it in a car crash otherwise he might still have it.

I'm driving an 89 Civic with around 244,000 KMs on it now. It's been very good and in some cases more reliable than my wife's later model car.
