Back in the days when I had money, I came REALLY close to doing this mod. I e-mailed JR for some details and - surprise! - they actually knew about the EL! I can't find the e-mail anymore, but apparently, they had to change to a thinner pulley and drive belt to accomodate the EL's larger shock towers. I can't remember if it was extra $$$ or if they would just swap the parts in the kit. Unfortunately, that's all I remember - this was 2 1/2 years ago! I think I agree with your analysis (geez, I seem to do this a lot) about the EL's Civic/Integra personalities. Anyhoo, I find it weird, the more people tinker around with their ELs, the more interesting stuff they find. Those people at Acura Canada sure did their homework. Luck for us!
