Hi Guys

My name is dani and i am new to this forum.

I have hit a small problem with my jazz - the drivers door tab doesn't always work when i push it down.

I brought this to the attention of the my dealer's service department but they tell me it is a common problem with the jazz.

They say it is a safety thing when the mechanism overheats and the way around it is not to manually use the lock tab as it will damage the unit. Instead you should always use the remote to open and close -- ie get in car then press lock on remote then put key in ignition and when you stop remove key from ignition and then press remote to open.

This doesn't correct to me however if as they say it is a common problem then the majority of jazz owners will have experienced the same.

I would like to hear from you as to whether this is the case or not.

Thank you
