It looks like i will get my car back this week. When my dad was dropping me off at the bus stop today We drove past at like 6:30 and saw the Door open where my engine was sitting at. I am hoping this means they are gonna finish my car this week. The managed to accualy get some where this weekend. They just had to wait for a gasket for my intake and then they couls bolt it up and start piecing the car back together. I have been with/o the rex for around 3 weeks!!! Sucks....I am praying to have it back sometime this week!!

I hope my ZC swap doesn't take that long. Post some pics when you get it back.

Damn 3 weeks. It should only take 2 days at the most. Atleast thats how long it takes me to do a ZC swap. By the way, how much is this costing you? I usually charge 300 for this straight forward of a swap. I mean engine out engine in, how hard can it be?<br>Glenn

Well i know its been long, but the engine i had gotten was a civic motor but the harness was completly different, and the guy doing the swap didn't think the motors were the same yr motors. So they had to back track , and when they finally found out that the Intakes could swap up they pulled it off this past weekend. I am really jacked cause one of my friends told like a week to rebuild my old motor and it would cost around 400 and no charge for labor. For these jack asses i am paying around 400 for parts labor and swap. Around 1/2 to a 1/3 of the price. I am good friends with the guy who owns the shop so he can dick me as he pleases or he can basicly tell me to take my car and leave. I am really getting jacked now, it hasn't moved in 3 weeks!! I keep going down every other day pestering them. It just seems that they guy who WAS doing it gets another car to work on. I stoped down sometime last week and he said his boss, the guy i know, gave him a different car to work on. Mainly he is taking his damn time casue we aren't paying half as much as we should so its no #1 priority down there. I can get the keys to the garage, i am bout to take my friend down who was gonna do it and see if the parts are in IE new water and fuel pump. And do this over the weekend. I get more and more pissed when i drive by the garage everyday. This is just completely unacceptable. I guess nothing gets done when you need unless you do it your damn self!!
